SHYT.
i think i sprained my left ankle.
not a BIG sprain.
just a small one... only VERY LITTLE pain.
during assembly...
( the grammar one)
i sit there too long cuz Mdm Francis ask us early go find her.
then my feet numb.
when go lunch then my feet guai4guai4.
like, no feeling.
i stand up, feet in a weird angle... cannt feel anything.
walked a few steps, still no feeling.
then after a while......
the PAIN COMES SEARING IN.
ouch.
thank goodness it went away quite quickly.
sometimes a little bit pain..
then omzone we sit there.
then break i stand up...
my leg numb again.
then i stand up.
my left leg go weird angle again.
wth.
painnn.
then aft that okk.
but now if i "twirl" my leg a bit then a tiny bit pain.
is that normal?
oh well.
